We season our duck legs with coarse salt and a mixture of aromatics. After marinating overnight, we marinate them in their fat for a few hours. This gives us a delicious, juicy and tasty meat. All you have to do is heat them up in the oven.

INSTRUCTIONS
Frozen product. Can be frozen for 3 months. Thaw before cooking. Preheat the oven to 400F. Remove the duck legs from the bag and spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Keep the duck fat to cook your vegetables in.
