It’s by becoming a regular performer at the iconic Bordel Comédie Club that Matthieu Pepper established himself as a stand-up comedian. He stands out for his writing, his stage presence, and his discipline. It’s also where he forged several meaningful connections that would go on to shape the rest of his career.

A featured “Fantastique” on the popular radio show Véronique et les Fantastiques; winner of the Discovery of the Year award at the 2023 Gala des Oliviers; seller of more than 70,000 tickets for his first one-man show En attendant la fête au village; and creator, head writer, and actor of Entre 2 draps, which earned multiple awards and nominations—Matthieu has firmly made his mark as a comedian, screenwriter, and performer.
