This item is available for pick up. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm, Saturday between 9am and 9pm and Sunday between 9am and 2pm. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your box is ready for pickup.
This smoked salmon is flavored with dill. Salted for 24 hours and then dried in the refrigerator for 24 hours. We then brushed it with maple syrup and smoked it for 1 hour with whiskey barrel chips.
