An all-in-one kit to make you THE best poutine in town. It includes our homemade BBQ flavoured poutine sauce, our fries seasoned with salt and pepper and real cheese curds from La Trappe à Fromage.

INSTRUCTIONS
Frozen product. Can be frozen for 3 months.
Do not thaw. Keep frozen for cooking.
Preheat the oven to 450F. Arrange the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through cooking. While the fries cook, place the bag of sauce in a pot of boiling water and heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Turn off the heat, remove the sauce and place the bag of cheese in the same hot water to thaw the cheese. Assemble your poutine when everything is warmed up.
