All sales are firm and final. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Meals ordered are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours (maximum) of delivery and we will gladly issue a credit for your next purchase. Responsibility for losses due to inaccurate contact information rests with the customer. It is therefore essential that every consumer verifies that the delivery address and all other information entered is accurate.
